This evening the Ward 2 Democrats endorsed Councilmeber Evans in a straw poll. "I am pleased that my neighbors have endorsed me again this year" said Councilmember Evans. "Over the next four years we will continue to work for even more positive changes to Ward 2".

Today, the Washington Post released its list of D.C. Council candidate endorsements. While brief, the Post has recognized the strength and sound judgement Jack Evans bring to Ward 2 and the Council as a whole.
Today, People and Animals for Washington (PAW) announced their endorsement of the April 3 D.C. Council Primary candidates. Jack Evans is pleased to announce he is among those endorsed. "Our family would not be complete without our golden retriever Kelly" said Evans. "I appreciate this endorsement and look forward to working with PAW to further expand the opportunities the City can provide to animals."
